Veterinary Care
We ask owners to nominate a preferred Veterinary practise should we need to seek medical attention for your dog. It is good practice to notify your Vet of your absence and to discuss payment of any Vet costs that could arise.

Medication
We are happy to administer any prescribed medication. Please ensure it is correctly labelled in an appropriate container.

Small Dogs
The kennels include a separate area for small dogs. This shaded area includes a paved courtyard where they spend much of the day playing. Music is piped to the area. Hammock beds are provided for all dogs. Long concrete runs fully enclosed with steel mesh open onto a very large shaded exercise yard.

Vaccinations
Proof of vaccination within previous 12 months is essential on admission. This must include distemper, canine hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfuenza and bordatella (C5).

Young dogs are welcome provided they have received their full course of puppy vaccinations at six, twelve and sixteen weeks of age.

General Health
All dogs must be free of contagious conditions when admitted. These conditions may include kennel cough, ringworm, vomiting and diarrhoea.

Please ensure your dog is free of ticks on arrival. To maintain a tick-free environment we apply frontline to each dog on arrival if they have not been recently treated by their owners. This treatment is provided free of charge.

New Arrivals
Be assured the loud barking caused by the arrival of you and your dog is only temporary. They soon settle again with the help of piped music. We always try to place dogs next to others where there is minimal conflict.

Bathing
Your dog will be shampooed before going home provided enough notice is given prior to collecting. However, in extreme cases of monsoonal rain this is not always practical.

Food
A diet of premium quality dry food is provided, however individual preferences can be catered for. We will try to accommodate all taste. Special prescription diets must be provided by owners.

Inspection of Kennels By appointment only.
